Veg fermenting workshop – Sat 31st May 2014, 1.30pm onwards

This workshop, run in partnership with Action 21’s Skill Share project and led by Canalside Community Food member Erica Moody, will run from 1.30pm for about 2 hours. Come and spend the afternoon learning how to ferment almost any vegetable that you can think of.

There are limited places, which are available to book on a first come, first served basis – pre-book yours below. The deadline for bookings is noon on Thursday 29th May. You will be contacted after the deadline to confirm your place on the workshop.

You will need to bring your own: sharp knife, chopping board, large bowl for mixing and medium-large jar, ideally with a wide neck for easier filling.

The workshop is free to Canalside Community Food members. Non-members will need to pay a £5 donation to cover the cost of ingredients.
