Social membership

JOIN THE SCHEME: I/we would like to become a member of Canalside Community Food. The membership fee entitles me to receive regular updates and newsletters about the scheme and means I may join in with all social events and work days. I/we agree to pay the following annual contribution to support the scheme: *

£37.50 until end of March next year, then annually thereafter if you choose to renew

£18.75 * until end of March next year, then annually thereafter if you choose to renew

* Concessionary rate for those on benefits, including state pension, or other low income individuals and familes (we do not need evidence as we work on a trust basis)

I will use paypal (using my paypal a/c or bank card) to pay my membership fee after completing this form (link provided after submission) - this is the preferred option.

I will bring to the farm cash in payment of my membership fee - preferred option for those not able to pay with a bank card.

Photos: We take photos at social events and work mornings to use in updates sent to members and in publicity materials (including social media). We do not use names unless separate explicit consent has been given.
