The produce share

I understand that:

• I am buying a share of Canalside Community Food’s produce harvest and that the produce I receive will vary in type and quantity according to the time of year;

• I must give at least 2 months notice to cancel all or part of my share subscription;

• whether or not I pick up my share I will not be entitled to any kind of refund on my subscription;

• I will be entitled to any leftover produce in times of surplus, at no extra cost to myself.

The community benefit society

I confirm that:

• I wish to become a member of the community benefit society called Canalside Community Food Limited.

• I consent to receiving formal notices by email and links to formal documents on the Canalside Community Food Limited website.

To reduce our administrative costs, we would like to be able to send you formal notices by email and refer you (by email) to documents posted on our website. By signing this form you are consenting to receiving such notices by email and accessing documents through our website.

The personal data provided by you on this form will be stored by Canalside Community Food Limited on an electronic database and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
