Making changes
Permanent changes:
If your weekly schedule changes and you wish to change your produce collection day on a permanent basis, please email Ali to ask her to arrange this. Please note the deadlines for changes below.
One-off changes:
If you are unable to collect on your normal collection day as a one-off due to other commitments (including holidays) please do one of the following:
– arrange for another produce share member, a friend or a neighbour to collect your share on your behalf (any additional private arrangement you make in relation to the share – e.g. its cost – is entirely up to you!)
– cancel your share of the harvest (if you aren’t able to use it – ideally by the deadlines below)
– contact Ali to ask her to move you to an alternative collection day for that week (see deadlines below)
Please note, Gaia collection is not available for one-off changes, except in exceptional circumstances, subject to available space and at our discretion.
Deadlines for changes:
Monday 12noon for changes affecting Tuesday/Wednesday of the same week
Thursday 12noon for changes affecting Saturday of the same week
Let us know:
– your name
– your share size
– day and date you would normally collect
– when you would like to collect / to cancel your share that day
Text (or call) us – 07758 340491 – please leave a message if no answer. This phone is based at the farm. Ali will reply to messages regarding permanent changes the next time she works. We don’t reply to one-off changes notified before the deadline. If you are contacting us after the deadline, please wait for confirmation that we’ve seen your message and changed your collection day before you come to get your share.
