Please complete and submit the form below to sign up for a fruit share from June 2012. Payment details will be sent to you nearer the start of the fruit share, once your form has been processed.

Please note, if you are not already a member of Canalside, you will need to become a member to receive a fruit share.

If you wish to collect from Bath Place and are not already paying a Bath Place packing and delivery charge for a veg share, there will be a 50p packing and delivery charge per week (works out as £2.20 per calendar month).
